For your information, as proposed by the Chancellor of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, all of the university’s own research institutes have been discontinued. Order EMC/15/2016, of 18 January, to discontinue several of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra’s own research institutes, was published in the GOGC last 8 February.
With this move, a IULA chapter has ended and another has begun: the IULA continues its activity as a Specific Research Centre (CER) of the UPF. From now on we are called IULA. Institute of Applied Linguistics. Specific research centre of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
Over the course of the next few weeks we will be changing our webpage to reflect the name change.
