Since the foundation of the Institute, 51 doctoral theses have been defended, 44 of which are found in the TDX institutional repository, representing 86% of the total. The IULA’s scientific output is part of this open access initiative of free and controlled dissemination of scientific production worldwide.
In July 2006, Marta Ribas’ thesis, Alineació de textos jurídics paral·lels (català-castellà): alguns problemes, supervised by M. Teresa Cabré and Lluís de Yzaguirre was UPF’s number 100 in the TDX.
More recently, Alexandra Spalek’s thesis, Verb Meaning and Combinatory Semantics: a Corpus Based Study of Spanish Change of State Verbs, ranked UPF’s 1,000 in the TDX.
